1. Consumer shops online on a merchant's website.
2. Consumer select's product / service and pays.
3. Merchant deals with consumer's order and sends information to NPS system.
4. NPS system sends requirement for payment to consumer's bank.
5. Consumer's bank pays for goods and sends feedback to NPS.
6. NPS system sends payment confirmation to the merchant.
7. Merchant processes this information and delivers product / service to consumer.Consumer receives the goods / service.
